1. Agreement to Terms

By using cvbee.me or purchasing any CVBee service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

CVBee provides professional CV writing and related career services, including but not limited to: CV writing packages (Fresh Graduate, Entry Level, Mid-Career, Senior Level), companion services (Cover Letter Writing, LinkedIn Profile Optimisation, ATS-Friendly CV Formatting, Translation, One-on-One Career Consultation), Job-Specific CV Adjustment (for returning clients), and Express Delivery.

3. Orders and Payment

• Prices are displayed in QAR (Qatari Riyal) and are shown clearly before checkout, with no hidden fees.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order.
• By placing an order, you confirm the information and materials you provide (background, target role, existing CV) are accurate and your own.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are stated per package and are estimates based on business days from receipt of your completed brief (background information + CV upload).
• Express Delivery, where selected, reduces the delivery timeframe as described at checkout.
• Delays caused by incomplete information, slow client responses, or force majeure events are not guaranteed to fall within the stated timeframe.

5. Revisions

• Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated on the relevant package page at time of purchase.
• Revisions must relate to the original brief provided; requests for a substantially different role, industry, or career direction than originally briefed may be treated as a new order.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your background and experience. CVBee is not responsible for inaccuracies in the final CV that result from inaccurate information you provided.

8. Intellectual Property

Once delivered and paid for, you own the final CV and any companion deliverables created for you. CVBee retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying excerpts of work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you opt out by contacting us.

9. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

CVBee provides professional CV writing and career services. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, employer decisions, your qualifications, etc.).

10. Account and Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVBee's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
